Stara kuća Williams pear brandy is made from hand-selected Williams pears, known for their exceptional aroma and ideal balance of sugars and acidity. After harvesting, the pears are stored in a cold facility where, under controlled conditions, they ripen and preserve their key flavor and aromatic characteristics. Once optimal ripeness is achieved, the fruit is carefully crushed and placed into fermentation tanks.

Fermentation is a temperature-controlled process during which natural sugars are converted into pure alcohol, preserving the characteristic fruity aromas. The fermented mash then undergoes double distillation, which allows only the highest-quality fractions of the distillate to be separated, resulting in exceptional purity.
